6635 Zone Belmont AdditionCONSOLIDATED-SALINA J ORDINANCE NUMBER 66 i (Published in The Salina Journal J'LLXLQ, 25 , 1962) i AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "A". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Lots 15 through 23, inclusive, of Block 9 and Lots 2 through 12, inclusive, of Block 10, Belmont Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas to District "A'. shall become a part of District "A'. SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations, as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Second Dwelling House District, as aforesaid. Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". TWO-FAMILY DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Lots 13, and 14, Block 10, Belmont Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "B". shall become a part of District "B". TWO-FAMILY DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitation as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Two -Family Dwelling House District, as aforesaid. Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Following property: Commencing at a point on the west right-of-way line of South Broadway Boulevard (US 81) 200 feet north of the point of intersection of the west right-of-way line of South Broadway Boulevard and the north right of -way line of Beverly Drive; thence due west 165 feet; thence due north to the south right-of-way line of Armory Road extended west across South Broadway Boulevard (US 81); thence due east to the west right-of-way line of South Broadway Boulevard (US 81) thence south to the point of beginning, to District "D". CONSOLIDATED-SALINA 1 shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
