6631 Zone Shalimar Addition1 1 CONSOLDIATED-SALIVA CONSOLIDATED -SALIVA ORDINANCE NUMBER 6631 (Published in The Salina Journal -.4j uxu LA , 1962) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "A'. SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Lots 2 through 10 inclusive, all in Block 14, Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "A'. Rezoning of Lots 1 through 6 inclusive, all in Block 9, and Lots 1 through 12 inclusive, all in Block 13, Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "A". Rezoning of Lots 1 through 9 inclusive, all in Block 12, and Lots 1 through 18 inclusive, all in Block 8, Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "A". Rezoning of Lots 1 through 7 inclusive and Lots 14 and 15, all in Block 11, Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "A". shall become a part of District "A". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Second Dwelling House District, as aforesaid. Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". TWO-FAMILY DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a p of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described propert} be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Lots 9 and 10, in Block 10, Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "B". shall become a part of District "B". TWO-FAMILY DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of baid described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Liao -Family Dwelling House District, as aforesaid. Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: CONSOLIDATED-SALINA Rezoning of Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, and 19, all in Block 7, Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "C". Rezoning of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, and 12, all in Block 10, Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "C". i j shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said described i property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and lummitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Apartment District, as jaforesaid.
