AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of Decatur Street in Calkins Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the South 10 feet of Decatur Street as shown on the recorded plat of
Calkins Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the east line of
Ninth Street to the West line of Eighth Street, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That that portion of the street hereby vacated shall revert to the adjacen
property owners in accordance with G. S. 1961, Supp 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after publicat
in the official City newspaper.
Introduced this 8th day of May, 1962.
