LLCATED IN LC:TS TWELVE TO EIGHTEEN INCLUSIVE IN BLOCK THREE OF
ROLLING HILLS ADDI'1ION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY CF THE: CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1, That the easements as shown on the recorded
plat of Rolling Hills Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, on
Lots Twelve (12) to Eighteen (18) inclusive, in Block Three (3),
be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its publication in the official City newspaper,
