Section 1. That that portion of Grand Bculevard as shown
on the recorded plat of Chicago Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, which is immediately north of Block
Eleven (11) of Chicago Addition and south of what was originally
Block Six (6) of Chicago Addition and all of which is west of
Chicago Avenue and east of the right of way cf U. S. Highway 81
By -Pass, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That that portion of the street hereby vacated
shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance
with G. S. 1961, Supp. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after publication in the official City newspaper,
