6615 Zone Garden Home AdditionCONSOLIDATED -SALIVA 1 1 4 ORDINANCE NUMBER (Published in The Salina Journal �'ii , 1962) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, therefore BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. MNDMENT. DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning the West 60 feet of Lot 6, and the East 40 feet of Lot 5, all in Block 6, Replat of Blocks 4, 5, 6, of the Replat of Lots 1 through 15 inclusive, of the Garden Home Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "B". shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling House District, as aforesaid. Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of the West 60 feet of Block 10, all of Lots 7, 8, 9, and the East 25 feet of Lot 6, all in Block 6, Replat of Blocks 4, 5, 6, of the Replat of Lots 1 through 15 inclusive of the Garden Home Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas to District "C" shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment District, as aforesaid. Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of the East 60 feet of Lot 4, in Neely's Addition; and the North 100 feet of Lot 3 and the North 100 feet of the West 43 feet of Lot 4 in Neely's Addition, all in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to District "D". Rezoning of the West 90 feet of Part of Lot 7, Surveyor's Plat "C" in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to Distric t "D". CONSOLIDATED-SALINA 1 1 1 shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
