ORDINANCE NUMBER 6609
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS
LOCATED IN BLCCK TWO IN KEY ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That the easement as shown on the recorded
plat of Key Acres Addition, an addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, being on the west seven (7) feet of Lots
1 to 8 inclusive and on the east seven (7) feet of Lots 11 to 18
inclusive, all in Block 2, be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its publication in the official City
newspaper,
Introduced this 6th day of March, 1962,
Passed by the Commission the 13th day of March, 1962,
