ORDINANCE NUMBER 6605
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CRESTWOOD ROAD
3ETWEEN GREELEY AVENUE AND NORTHWOOD LANE IN THE RIKER MANOR
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED'BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That that portion of Crestwood Road as shown on
the recorded plat of Riker Manor Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas, from its intersection with the south edge of Greeley
Avenue southward to its intersection with the north edge of
Northwood Lane be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That that portion of the street hereby vacated
shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with
G. S. 1961, Supp. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after publication in the official City newspaper.
