ORDINANCE NUMBER 6598

AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a tract of land so situated that the boundary lies upon or touches
the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas described
as follows:
(52-1) Beginning at a point which is 200.0 feet south of the
north line of Section 19, Township 14 South, Range 2
West and 532.0 feet east of the west line of said
Section 19;
(53-1) thence south along a line 532.0 feet east of said
Section 19 to a point 200.0 feet south of the center
line of McAdams Road,

Section 2. That a tract of land so situated that the boundary lies upon or touches
the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, described
as follows:
(44-1) Beginning at a point which is 200.0 feet east of the center
line of Marymount Road and 200.0 feet north of the center
line of Greeley Avenue extended,
(44-2) thence east 1,115.55 feet to the east line of Lots 1 through
7, Block 5, Riker Manor Addition,
(44-3) thence south 1,840.0 feet,
(44-4) thence west 580.0 feet to a point which is 735.55 feet
east of the center line of Marymount Road,
(44-5) thence north following a line 735.55 feet east of the
center line of said Marymount Road to the point of beginning.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
