ORDINANCE NUMBER 6579

AN ORDINANCE providing for the cancellation and deletion of Lateral 'Sanitary Sewer District
Number 437 described in Ordinance Number 6503.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
`Section 1. That it is for the best public interest that Lateral 'Sanitary 'Sewer Districtlll
Number 437 as described in Ordinance Number 6503 is hereby cancelled, for the reason that this
particular improvement can be included in another operation at a later date and from good
engineering planning, will be and make for better construction..-.,
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
