AN CRDIN;`,NCE providing for the plans and specifications for
sidewalks, driveways, curbing and guttering and other concrete
work in the streets, amending 26-1106 of the Code of the City of
Salina, Kansas, 1960, and repealing the original section.

CF SALINA, KrANS.�.S:
Section 1. That 26-1106 of the Code of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1960, is hereby amended to read as follows:
26-1106. Plans and Specifications Adopted; Exceptions.
The plans and specifications for sidewalks, driveways,
curbing and guttering and other concrete work in the streets
and designated ' Concrete Sidewalks and Driveways ' and
dated C.ctober, 1961, are hereby adopted by reference;
PROVIDE D, That the location of sidewalks on parts of certain
streets shall be as prescribed by Section 26-1107 following.
Copies shall be kept on file in the offices of the City
Clerk and the City Engineer. No changes, amendments or
additions shall be made in or to said plans and specifica-
tions except by adoption by ordinance.
Section 2. 26-1106 of the Code of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1960, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after publication in the official city paper.
