AN ORDINANCE changing the names of various streets located within the City of Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That the street designated as Meyer Drive on the recorded plat of Meyer
Addition be changed to William Drive from the north right-of-way line of Martin Avenue to
the north line of Lot 11, Block 4 extended east; and that the street designated as
Frederick Drive on the recorded plat of Meyer Addition be changed to William Drive from
the south right-of-way line of Martin Avenue to the south lineof Lot 13, Block 5 extended
east.
Section 2. That the street designated as Pearl Street on the recorded plat of
Belmont Addition be changed to Nottingham Drive from the east right-of-way line of Belmont
Boulevard to the west right-of-way line of Ohio Street.
Section 3. That the street designated as Fourth Street on the recorded plat of Key
Acres Addition be changed to Robin Road from the south right-of-way line of Hart Street to
the north right-of-way line of Neal Avenue.
Section 4. That the street designated as Larson Street on the recorded plat of Key
Acres Addition be changed to Rockhurst Road from the south right-of-way line of Magnolia
Road to the north right-of-way line of Key Avenue.
Section 5. That the street designated as Gebhart Street on the recorded plat of Key
Acres Addition be changed to Drake Place from the south right-of-way line of Magnolia Road
to the north right-of-way line of Reed Avenue.
Section 6. That the street recorded on the plat of Key Acres Addition from the south
right-of-way line of Parkway Avenue to the north right-of-way line of Belmont Boulevard be
known as Market Place.
Section 7. That the street designated as Greeley Avenue on the recorded plat of
Upper Mill Heights Addition, Claremont Addition and Riker Manor Addition be changed to
Glen Avenue from the east right-of-way line of Channel Road to the east right-of-way line
of the City Limits.
Section 8. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the official city paper.
