ORDINANCE NUMBER 60 7I

AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a platted tract of land so situated that the boundary lies upon or
touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas
described as follows:
(73-1) Beginning at a point on the east and west quarter line of
Section 36, Township 14 South, Range 3 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian and the east line of Lot 9, Block 9 of
Bonnie Ridge Addition;
(73-2A) thence east on said east and west quarter line to the center
line of Ohio Street which also is the east line of said Section
26;
(73-3A) thence continuing east along the east and west quarter line
of Section 31, Township 14 South, Range 2 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, a distance of 30.0 feet;
(73-4A) thence south along a line 30.0 feet east of the west line of
said Section 31 to a point on the south one -sixteenth line
of Section 31;
(73-5A) thence west 30 feet on said one -sixteenth line to the west
line of said Section 31;
(73-6A) thence west on the south line of Bonnie Ridge Addition to a
point on the west line of Lot 3, Block 3 of Bonnie Ridge
Addition extended;
(73-7A) thence north to and following the west line of said Lot 3,
Block 3 and continuing same straight line across Gail Drive
and then following the west line of Lot 14, Block 4, Bonnie
Ridge Addition to the northwest corner thereof;
(73-8A) thence east along the north line of said Lot 14, Block 4 to
its north east corner;
(37-9A) thence crossing Joanne Lane to a point on the east line of
Block 6 directly opposite the center line of easement in
Block 4 of said Addition;
(37-10A) thence north and northeasterly along a curved line along
Lot 6 of Block 6 of said Addition to the northwest corner of
said Lot 6;
(37-11A) thence easterly crossing Scott Avenue to the southwest
corner of Lot 28, Block 5, thence northeasterly along the
northern line of Lot 28, Block 5 to its northwest corner;
(37-12A) thence southeasterly along the west line of Lot 15 of Block
5 to its southeast corner;
(37-13A) thence northeasterly along the southern line of Lot 15 to
its north east corner and crossing Bret Avenue to the south
west corner of Lot 3, Block 7 Bonnie Ridge Addition;
(37-14A) thence northeasterly along the westerly line of Lot 3, Block
7 to its northwest corner;
(73-15A) thence southeasterly along the north line of Lot 2 & 3,
Block 7 to the northeast corner of Lot 2, thence east in
center line of easement in Block 7 to the southeast corner
of Lot 16, Block 7 in Bonnie Ridge Addition;
(73-16A) thence north along the east line of said lot 16 to its
northeast corner;
(73-17A) thence crossing Neal Avenue to the southeast corner of Lot
12, Block 9 Bonnie Ridge Addition;

Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
