A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AMENDMENT NUMBER THIRTEEN (13) TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
FW-1114/KC-1029.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the Mayor or City Manager of the City of Salina is
hereby authorized to execute Amendment Number Thirteen (13) to the Annual
Contributions Contract, Contract No. FW-1114/KS-1029 between the City of
Salina and the Government.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 10th day of January, 1994.
