Section 2. Tihat that portion of the street Thereby vacated
shall revert to the adjacent ,property owner:; in accordance with
G. S. 1961 :Supp., 13--443. -
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after publication in the official City
newspaper.
