ORDINANCE NUMBER 05-10265
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 2,
TICLE II, SECTION 2-21 PERTAINING TO SALARIES OF MEMBERS OF THE
ARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 2-21 of Chapter 2, Article II of the Salina Code is hereby
:d to read as follows:
"Section 2-21. Salaries of members of the board of city commissioners.
Pursuant to Charter Ordinance Number 30, each member of the board of city
commissioner shall receive compensation at the rate of three hundred dollars
($300.00) per month."
Section 2. That the existing Section 2-21 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
publication once in the official city newspaper.
