A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND WILSON &
COMPANY, ENGINEERS & ARCHITECTS, FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE REHABILITATION OF CLARIFIER UNITS
AT THE CITY OF SALINA WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT 1 IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $54,850.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Wilson & Company, Engineers
& Architects, for professional engineering services in connection with the
rehabilitation of clarifier units at the City of Salina Wastewater Treatment
Plant 1 in an amount not to exceed $54,850.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
7th day of February, 1994.
