ORDINANCE NUMBER

AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a tract of land so situated that the boundary lies upon or touches
the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas described
as follows:
(62-1) Beginning at a point which is 200.0 feet south of the north
line of Section 19, Township 14 South, Range 2 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, and 615.0 feet east of the west
line of said Section 19;

(62-2) thence south along a line 615.0 feet east of said Section
line to a point 200 feet south of the center line of McAdams
Road;
(62-3) thence west along the center line of said McAdams Road 83.0
feet;
(62-4) thence north and parallel to the west line of said Section
to a point 200.0 feet south of the north line of said Section;
(62-5) thence east 83.0 feet to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby included within the City Limits of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
