.n ORDINANCE FIXING TII: SiL„RIES OF THE OFFICERS OF THE CITY
COURT OF THE CITY OF SALINA, K.1%NSAS1 ^-;ivENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6599,
THE SAME BEING SECTION 2-908 OF THE COD',:, OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, 1960, AS AMENDED, AND REPEALING SAID ORIGINAL ORDINANCE
AND SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 2-908 of The Code of the City of
Salina, Kansas, 1960, as amended is hereby amended to read as
follows:
2-908. That the salaries of the officers of the City
Court of Salina effective as of January 1, 1963, shall be
as follows:
(a) Judge of City Court $595 per month
(b) Clerk of City Court $370 per month
(c) Deputy Clerk of City Court $275 per month
(d) Marshal of City Court $370 per month
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 6599, the same being Section
2-908 of The Code of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1960, as amended
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official City newspaper. '
