AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in The City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,

j BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a tract of land so situated that the boundary lies upon or touches
the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas described

as follows:
(55-1) Beginning at a point 200.0 feet south of the south lines of
Blocks 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Riker Manor Addition;
(55-2) thence south 158 feet;
(55-3) thence west following a line 358 feet south of the south
lines of Blocks 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of said Riker Manor
Addition to a point 200.0 feet east of the center line of
Marymount Road;
(55-4) thence north 158 feet;
(55-5) thence east following a line 200.0 feet south of the south
line of said Blocks 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 to the point of
beginning.
be and the same is hereby included within the City Limits of Salina, Kansas.

Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
