the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, lying west of
"Mount l arbar ;. Park _dd iticn to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, described as follows: Eeginning at a point
which is 240.0 feet west and 65.2 feet south of the southwest
corner of Lot 1, Mt. L'a.rbara Addition; thence northeasterly
303.5 feet to a point on the west line of said Lot 1 anc?
207.2 feet north of the southwest corner of said Lot 1,
thence north on the west line of said Lot 1 71.0 feet, mere
or less, to a point 13.5 feet, measured perpendicular to the
back of existing east curb on Channel Lead; thence southwest-
erly on a line which parallels the back of the east curb on
Channel hoad and 13.5 feet measured perpendicular to said
curb, a distance of 595.0 feet, more or less, tc a point
160.0 feet south and 376.65 feet west of the Southwest
