ORDINANCE NUMBER
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF PINBALL GAMES,
MARBLE GAMES, AMUSEMENT DEVICES AND SIMILAR GAMLS' AND DEVICES AND
PROVIDING AN ANNUAL LICENSE FEE THEREFOR AMENDING SECTION 16-213
GF THE CGDE CCF THE CITY CF SALINA, KANSAS, 1960, AND REPE,iLING
SAID GRIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORD;,INED BY THE GOVERNING BODY GF THE CITY OF S.�LINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 16-213 of The Code of the City of
Salina, Kansas, 1960, be amended to read as fellows:
16-213. For the operation of any pin ball game, marble table
game, marble game, amusement device and similar games and devices,
whether operated in whole or in part by hand or by sight or by
photoelectric cell, Fifty Dollars ($50) per year on each machine
operated for any length of time each year.
Section 2. That Section 16 213 of The Code of the City of
Salina, Kansas, 1960, be and the same is hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after publication in the official City newspaper.
