ORDINANCE NUMBER

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning Distric
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the S. W. Corner of the intersection of Ninth and Cloud
Streets, thence south along the west line of Ninth Street 770 feet,
thence west 540 feet, thence north 770 feet to the south line of Cloud
Street, thence east 540 feet along the south line of Cloud to the point
of beginning.
North 30 feet of Lot 27 on Santa Fe Avenue, Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan
University Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas to
Zone "D".
shall become a part of District "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Local Business
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "DD". OFFICE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map
of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Lot 25 on Santa Fe Avenue, Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan University
Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas to Zone "DD".
Lots 1 and 13 of Block 5, Replat of Faith Addition in the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas to District "DD
shall become a part of District "DD". OFFICE DISTRICT, That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Office District, as
aforesaid.
Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Lots 9 and 11, except the West 15 feet thereof, in Block 2, Surveyors
Plat 10 in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas to District "C",
shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Apartment District, as
aforesaid.
