AN ORDINA4CE CREATING A BOARD OF APPEALS FOR THE CITY
BUILDING CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of

Section 107 of the National Building Code, which the City of Salin4,
Kansas, has heretofore adopted by reference, there is hereby t-
i
qg� a Board of Appeals for the City of Salina, Kansas, which board
shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed by the Mayor and,
is
whose duties, term of office and authority shall be as provided fo
in Section 107 of the National Building Code. {
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and publication in the official
city newspaper.
