tCLUSIVE, GARDEN HOMES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY1,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, j

Sectionl. That the easement as shown on the recorded plat
'of Garden Homes Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Saline]
;County, Kansas, described as follows:
A utility easement 10 feet wide and approximately 100
feet long beginning at a point on the north line of
Prescott Road and 5 feet east of the west line of Block
12 in the Replat of Lots 1-15 inclusive, Garden Home j
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas; thence north
paralleling said Block line and 5 feet east therefrom
to the north end of said Block; thence west along
north line of said Block 10 feet; thence south paral-
leling said Block line and 5 feet west therefrom to the
north line of Prescott Avenue; thence east 10 feet along i
north line of said Prescott Avenue to the point of beg-
inning, be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect]
from and after its publication in the official City newspaper.
