AN ORDINANCE amending Section 20 of Ordinance Number 6773, relating to and apportioning
and levying special assessments on certain lots and pieces of ground in the City of Salina,
Kansas, and repealing said original Section 20 of Ordinance Number 6773.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 219 of Ordinance Number 6773 of the City of Salina, Kansas
passed on March 2, 1964, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 20. For that part of the cost of curbing and guttering of the east side of
Third Street and the paving with concrete (Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from edge of curb
to edge of curb) from the north side of Walnut Street to the south bank of the Smoky Hill
River, which is chargeable against the private property within the district chargeable
therefore, and which cost is hereby determined to be $5,165.74, there is hereby levied,
apportioned and assessed against the following described lots and pieces of land as
provided for in Section 1 of this ordinance, the following amounts:

Section 2. That the original Section 20 of said Ordinance Number 6773 of the City of

adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
