AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "A". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a
part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
All of Lot 4, Block 5; Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 6;
Lots 18, 19, and 26, Block 4; and Lot 4, Block 7
Rolling Hills Subdivision, City of 'Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, from District "B" to District "A".
shall become a part of District "A". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District.
Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". TWO-FAMILY DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a
part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
All of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 5; Lots 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 6; Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and
25, Block 4; and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 7, Rolling Hills
Subdivision, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from
District "D" to District "B".
shall become a part of District "B". TWO-FAMILY DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Two -Family
Dwelling House District.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force End effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
