ORDINANCE NUMBER.

AN ORDINANCE amending Section 11 of Ordinance Number 6773, relating to and apportioning
and levying special assessments on certain lots and pieces.of ground in the City of Salina,
Kansas, and repealing said original Section 11 of Ordinance Number 6773.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 11 of Ordinance Number 6773 of the City of Salina, Kansas
passed on March 2, 1964, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 11. For that part of the cost of paving and grading of Leslie Avenue with
concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet. -wide from back of curb to back of curb) from the east
line of Fourth Street to the east line of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, which
is chargeable against the private property within the district chargeable therefore, and
which cost is hereby determined to be $2,905.94, there is hereby levied, apportioned and
assessed against the following described lots and pieces of land as provided for in
Section 1 of this ordinance, the following amounts:

Section 2. That original Section 11 of said Ordinance Number 6773 of the City of

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
