LONGEVITY
PAY FOR
THE REGU-
LAR APPOINTED MEMBERS OF THE FIRE AND
POLICE
DEPARTMENTS
OF THE
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
Section �._ lC . LONGEVITY PAY FOR FIRE AND POLICE
DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES. All regular appointed members of the fire de-
partment and police department, after having completed three (3)
years service, shall receive a longevity pay for each year, in ad-
dition to three (3) years, the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) per mon-
th over and above the base pay; provided, however, such longevity
shall not exceed the maximum of twenty-five per cent (25%) of the
base pay. Prior services shall be credited from and after 3
