Section 2-909.LONGEVITY PAY FOR OFFICERS OF CITY COURT. The
Jud?e of the City Court, Clerk of the City Court and Marshal of the
City Court, after having completed three (3) years service, shall
receive a longevity pay :for each year, in addition to three (3)
years, the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) per month over and above the
base pay; provided, however, such longevity shall not exceed the
maximum of twenty-five per cent (250) of the base pay. Prior ser-
vice shall be credited from and after January 1, 1949.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and -publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas,
