AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of
j the City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina
Kansas, have come to pass, and so now, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That a platted tract of land so situated that the boundary lies upon or
touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas
described as follows:
northeast line of Saturn Avenue to the east line of Neptune
Avenue;
102-4 thence north along the east line of Neptune Avenue to a point
35 feet north of the south line of Lot 2, Block 12 Wallerius
Addition;

102-5 thence southeasterly along said line 35 feet north of the
south line of Lot 2 to the east line of said Lot 2;
102-6 thence following a line along the center line of easement in
said Block 12 to the west line of Lot 12 of said Block 12;
102-7 thence east along north line 112.2 feet south of the south
line of Jupiter Avenue to the west line of Hageman or the
place of beginning.
