AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR LONGEIVTY PAYMENT FOR ALL REGULAR
FULL TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 2-909: LONGEVITY PAY. All regular full time employ.
lees (except firemen and policemen) of the City, after having com-
lpleted three (3) years service, shall receive as longevity payment
for each year in addition to three (3) years the sum of two dollar:
($2.00) per month over and above the regular base pay. Each em-
ployee will become eligible on the first day of the month coincid-
ing with or following the completion of three (3) years of service,
,Prior services shall be credited from and after January 1, 1949.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force, from and
la.fter its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas
and signed by the Mayor this / 5�day of January, 1964.
