6759 Corporate LimitsCONSOLIDATED -SALIVA ORDINANCE NUMBER r- t (First Published in The Salina Journal1963) AN ORDINANCE prescribing the corporate limits of said City, including land described in Ordinance Numbers 6731, 6719, 6698 and 6686 and repealing Section 1 of Ordinance Number 6682. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, AND NOW BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina be and the same is hereby extended to include the territory added to, taken into, and made part of said City under the provisions of Ordinance Number 6686, Section 1; Ordinance Number 6698, Section 1; Ordinance Number 6719, Section' -1; Ordinance Number 6731, Section 1; and that all of the land lying within the following described boundaries be and the same is hereby declared to be within the Corporate Limits, hereby defined as: (1) Beginning at the section corner common to Sections 22, 23, 26, 27 Township 14 South, Range 3 West of the Sixty Principal Meridian, being the intersection of the center lines of Cloud Street and Cherokee Avenue extended; (2) Thence north on the west line of said Section 23 to the west quarter corner of said Section 23, being the intersection of Republic Avenue and Cherokee Avenue; (3) thence west along the south line of the northeast quarter of said Section 22 of the west line of Edgemere Addition to the City of Salina Kansas; (41 thence north along the west line of said Edgemere Addition and extended north to a point 200.0 feet south of the south line of Crawford Avenue; (5) thence west following a line 200 feet south of the south line of Crawford Avenue 530 feet, more or less, to the toe of flood protection levee; (6) thence northerly following the toe of flood protection levee to the north line of Crawford Avenue; (7) thence northeasterly following the toe of flood protection levee to its intersection with a line extended north from the west line of Edgemere Addition and approximately 710 feet north of the center line of Crawford Avenue;
