ORDINANCE NO- 6756
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A FILING FEE TO BE PAID PRIOR TO
SUBMITTING A PLAT OR REPLAT TO THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION; AMEND-
ING 21-113 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, 1960 AND RE-
PEALING THE SAID ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
IIKANSAS :
Section:l: That Section 21-113 of the Code of the City of
Salina, Kansas, 1960 is hereby amended to read as follows:
21-113. FEE FOR PLATTING OR REPLATTING: Any person,
firm association or corporation submitting a plat or
replat to the City Planning Commission for its consider-
ation shall at that time pay to the City Clerk the
fee provided for by the Subdivision Regulations of
the Salina City Planning Commission of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2: 21-113 of the Code of the City of Salina, Kan-
sas, 1960 is hereby repealed.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after publication in the official city paper.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansa
this day of December, 1963.
