ORDINANCE NUMBER 6754

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning
j District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. amendment. district 'd'. local business district. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Rezoning Lot 1, except the West 200 feet Block 1, Holiday Addition to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas from District "A" to District
„D„
Rezoning Lot 3, Block 9 Replat of Faith Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas from District "C" to District "D",
shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Local Business
District.
Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "DD". OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 6613 be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Rezoning East 300 feet of North 10 feet of South 65 feet Block 9
Riker Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas from
District "A" to District "DD".
shall become a part of District "DD". OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Office
Building District.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
