ORDINANCE NUMBER 6752

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "A". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a
part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Rezoning all Lot 6, Surveyors Plat 7 in the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas from 'District "G" to District "A".
shall become a part of "District "A". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE 'DISTRICT. That the use of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and
limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the
Second_ -Dwelling House District.
Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a
part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property be rezoned asfollows, to -wit:
Rezoning Lots 4 and 5, Block 10 Depot Addition in the City of Salina
Saline County, Kansas from District "E" to District "F".
shall become a part of District "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Light
Industrial District.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
