ORDINANCE NO. 6751
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE "SUBDIVISION REGULA-
IONS OF THE SALINA CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF SALINA, KANSAS" AS
HE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND IN THE
ITY OF SALINA AND WITHIN THREE MILES THEREOF.
SAS:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
Section 1: That the Subdivision Regulations of the Salina
City Planning Commission of SaliLna, Kansas, as adopted by that
Board, on the Ze- day of .SC°D�Ci»0 �, 1963, be and the same are
ereby adopted by reference as the rules and regulations governing
he subdivision of land within the City of Salina, Kansas, and with
in three (3) miles of the corporate limits thereof.
Section 2: Copies of such "Subdivision Regulations of the
alina City Planning Commission of Salina, Kansas", shall be kept
n file in the Office of the City Clerk,Office of the City Planner
nd Office of the City Engineer.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
orce from and after its adoption and publication in the official
ity newspaper.
