ORDINANCE NUMBER

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
'District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part
of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Rezoning of Lot 25 on Santa Fe Avenue, Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan
University Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
from District "DD" to District "D".
Rezoning of Lots 16, 18 and 20, Block 63 Military Addition in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas from District "B" to District
I'D".
Rezoning of Lots 5, 8, 9 and 10, Block 4 Southern Heights Addition in
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas from District "A" to
District "D".
shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number -6613 with reference to the Local
Business District

Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas,hereto duly adopted and published as a part
of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Rezoning of North 62 feet of Lot 3, Block 1 and the North One -Half of
Lot 6, Block 1 Holiday Addition from District "D" to District "F" in
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
shall become a part of District "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Light
Industrial District.
Section 3, That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
