ORDINANCE NUMBER

AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, and so now, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a platted tract of land so situated that the boundary lies upon or
touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas
described as follows:
(62-1) Beginning at a point which is 200.0 feet south of the north
line of Section 19, Township 14 South, Range 2 west of the
6th Principal Meridian and 1000.0 feet east of the west line
of said Section 19; also being the southeast corner of Lot
12, Block 9, Replat of Faith Addition to the City of Salina.
(62-2) thence southwesterly crossing Edgedale Drive to the northwest
corner of Lot 12, Block 7 of said Addition.
(62-3) thence south along the east line of Blocks 7 and 3 of Replat
of Faith Addition and crossing McAdams Road to the northeast
corner of Lot 9, Block 3 of Meyer Addition.
(62-4) thence south along the east line of Lot 9 of said Meyer
Addition to the southeast corner of said Lot 9.
(62-5) thence west in center of easement along the south line of
Lots 9, 8, 7, 6 and 5 to a point 17.41 feet east of the south
west corner of Lot 5, Block 3 Meyer Addition.
(62-6) thence north crossing McAdams Road and following the east
line of Blocks 2 and 6 of Replat of Faith Addition to a
point 200.0 feetsouth of the north line of Section 19 and
615.0 feet east of the west line of Section 19, Township 14
south, Range 2 east of the 6th Principal Meridian.
(62-7) thence east 385.0 feet to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby included within the City Limits of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
