A RESOLUTION ADDRESSING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF FEE
TMENTS RELATING TO THE SANITATION AND SOLID WASTE DIVISIONS.
WHEREAS, the currently effective fees to be charged to users of the City of Salina
waste landfill are set forth in Resolution Number 92-4517 adopted October 12, 1992; and
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 93-4688 adopted January 24, 1994 approved
its to the Comprehensive Fees Schedule, including Article V of the Comprehensive Fees
relating to Sanitation and Solid Waste; and
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 93-4688 specifically provided that the proposed fees
regarding Sanitation and Solid Waste were to be effective April 1, 1994; and
WHEREAS, circumstances are such that a May 1, 1994 effective date for the
Sanitation and Solid Waste fees would better serve the interests of all parties involved; SO NOW,
`WHEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the fees to be charged by the City of Salina regarding Sanitation and
olid Waste as set forth in Article V of the Comprehensive Fees Schedule approved by Resolution
Number 93-4688 shall be effective May 1, 1994.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after it
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 21st day of
March, 1994.
