A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER ONE TO THE THREE -PARTY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS; BUCHER, WILLIS & RATLIFF;
AND, THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION OF THE STATE OF KANSAS
FOR PHASE II OF THE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE MAGNOLIA
ROAD/I-135 INTERCHANGE PROJECT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN DOLLARS AND
THIRTY-FOUR CENTS ($339,311.34) .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement Number One to the three -party agreement between the
City of Salina, Kansas; Bucher, Willis & Ratliff; and, the Secretary of
Transportation of
the State
of Kansas for
Phase II of the engineering services
for the Magnolia
Road/1-135
Interchange
Project in an amount not to exceed
three hundred
thirty-nine
thousand,
three hundred eleven dollars and
thirty-four cents ($339,311.34).
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
28th day of February, 1994
