A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER ONE BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS; BUCHER, WILLIS & RATLIFF, CONSULTING ENGINEERS, PLANNERS
& ARCHITECTS; AND, THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION OF THE STATE
OF KANSAS, REGARDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES ON THE
SCHILLING ROAD/I-135 INTERCHANGE PROJECT, BY ADDING OVER 193
ADDITIONAL WORKING DAYS AND INCREASING THE UPPER LIMIT OF
COMPENSATION TO AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX
_- THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS ($286,243).
WHEREAS, the agreement for professional services between the City

'I of Sa a Kansas; Bucher Ratliff, Williss & at Consulting Engineers, Planners &
Architects; and, the Secretary of Transportation of the State of Kansas, dated
July 6, 1992 set forth the required performance of professional engineering
services and payment for improvements to construct the Schilling Road/I-135
Interchange Project, SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement Number One between the City of Salina, Kansas;
Bucher, Willis & Ratliff, Consulting Engineers, Planners & Architects; and, the
Secretary of Transportation of the State of Kansas regarding construction
engineering services on the Schilling Road/I-135 Interchange Project, by adding
over 193 additional working days and increasing the upper limit of compensation
to an amount not to exceed $286,243.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption. I
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
28th day of February, 1994.
