Kansas, Chapter. 316, Section 1, subparaFravh (b)

Section 2. Section 15 of Ordinance No. 6613 of the Code
!of the Cite of Salina, Kansas, and all other ordinances or portionF
thereof in conflict Herewith are hereby revealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its adoption and publication in the official
city newspaper.
Passed by the governing Body of the City of Salina,
