AIV ORDIIIA14CE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
A CERTAIN EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT SIX (6) BLOCK FIVE (5), FAITH
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF

SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That the North One Foot (11 1') of the
Utility Easement located on the South side of Lot Six (6), Block
Five (5), Faith Addition to the City of Salina, Saline Countv,
Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
jeffect from and after its adoption and Publication in the official
city newspaper.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
