AN ORDINANCE naming a street and describing its location within the City Limits of Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Diamond Drive is located and described as follows:
A tract of land in the NEI -4 of Section 35, Township 14, Range 3 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, described
as follows:
(1) Beginning at a point which is 218.3 feet north of the
south line of the NE -14 of Section 35, Township 14,
Range 3 South and 80 feet West of the center line of
U. S. Highway 81;
(2) thence West to the City Limits of the City of Salina,
Kansas a distance of 328.3 feet;
(3) thence South a distance of 60 feet;
(4) Thence East to the West right-of-way line of U. S.
Highway 81, a distance of 308.3 feet said point being
158.3 feet North of the South line of NEI -4 of Section 35,
Township 14, Range 3 West;
(5) thence northeasterly to the point of beginning;
containing 4.38 acres more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
