AN ORDINANCE DETERMING THE LICENSE FEE FOR BOWLING ALLEYc
WITHIN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS; AMENDING 16-205 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF SALINA, 1960, AND REPEALING SAID ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That 16-205 of the Code of the City of
Salina, Kansas, 1960, is hereby amended to read as follows:
16-205, Bowling Alleys. Bowling alleys, $10.00
per alley for each year or fraction thereof.
Section 2. That the amount of the license fee for the
period of July 1, 1965, to December 31, 1965, shall be one-half
of the fee above stated.
Section 3. 16-205 of The Code of the City of Salina,
Kansas, is hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its adoption and publication in the official
city paper.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas, and approved by the Mayor, this 28th day of June, 1965.
