An ordinance naming various streets and describing their location within the City Limits
of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Culver Road is located and described as follows:
A strip of land 40 feet wide in the Northwest Quarter of the
jNorthwest Quarter of Section 36 and the Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 35 both in Township 3 South,
Range 3, West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas described as follows:
(1) Beginning at a point 20 feet north of the north line
of said northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section
35 which point is 214.7 feet west of section line common to
said sections 35 and 36;
(2) thence east on a line 20 feet north of said quarter
section line 400 feet;
(3) thence south 40 feet;
(4) thence west on a line 20 feet south of said Quarter
line 400 feet;
(5) thence north 40 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. That Diamond Drive is located and described as follows:
A strip of land 50 feet wide in the east half (E2) of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 13, Range 3, west
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas described as follows:
(1) Beginning at a point on the east right-of-way of
U.S. 81 Highway which point is 25 feet north of the east -west
quarter section line of said East half of quarter section and
333.3 feet east of the west section line of said Northwest
Quarter section;
(2) thence east and 25 feet north and parallel to
said east -west quarter section line 520 feet;
(3) thence south 50 feet to a point 25 feet south of
said east -west quarter section line;
(4) thence west and 25 feet south and parallel to
said east -west quarter section line 520 feet;
(5) thence north 50 feet to point of beginning.
Section 3. That Stimmel Road is located and described as follows:
A strip of land in Section 1, Township 14, Range 3, west of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
described as follows:
(1) Beginning at a point on the North line of said
Section 1, said point being 91.3 feet east of the Northwest
corner of said Section;
(2) thence East on said line, a distance of 312.7 feet;
(3) thence South a distance of 30 feet;
(4) thence West a distance of 292.7 feet;
(5) thence North a distance of 30 feet, said point being
20 feet East of the point of beginning;
(6) thence West a distance of 20 feet to the point
of beginning.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
