94-4759 Appoint MembersRESOLUTION NUMBER
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE SOLID WASTE
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has established through Resolution
Number 88-4016, amended by Resolution Number 90-4160, a policy regarding
appointments and administration of the citizen boards system; and
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 88-4016 calls for
appointments to be made by Resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City
Commission for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain citizens boards,
commissions and committees; SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. The following person, as proposed by the Mayor of the
City of Salina, is hereby appointed to the designated citizen board for an
indefinite term:
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Ann Neumann, appointed to succeed Rhonda M. Brunner.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
lith day of July, 1994.
