AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of a certain street within the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. An unused portion of College Avenue in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, described as follows:
(1) Beginning at the point of intersection of the east line
of College Avenue and the south line of North Street;

(2) thence south along the east line of College Avenue, 230 feet
more or less to the north right-of-way, of the Union Pacific
Railroad;
I
(3) thence in a northwesterly direction along a curve on the
north right-of-way of said railroad to the west line of
College Avenue;
(4) thence north along the west line of said College Avenue 150 feet
more or less to the south line of North Street;

(5) thence east 70 feet to the point of beginning.

be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the street hereby vacated shall revert to the adjacent property owners

in accordance with G. S. 1961, Supp. 13-443.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
