6850 Zone Talley Additionr CONSOLIDATED -SALIVA r1 ORDINANCE NUMBER 6 (Published in The Salina Journal �ip,_`� (� , 1965) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoni of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "A". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zonin District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Lots 11 to 22 inclusive, Block 1, Talley Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from District "F" to District "A" (Second Dwelling House District). shall become a part of District "A" Second Dwelling House District. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Second Dwelling House District. Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". TWO-FAMILY DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Lot 10, Block 1, Talley Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from District "F" (Light Industrial) to District "B" (Two -Family Dwelling House District). shall become a part of District "B". Two -Family Dwelling House District. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Two -Family Dwelling House District. Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Lot 54, Block 6, Replat of Edgemere Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from District "A" (Second Dwelling House District)to District "D" (Local Business District). Rezoning of Lots 8 and 9, in Surveyor's Plat "G" in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from District "B" (Two -Family Dwelling House District) to District "D" (Local Business District). shall become a part of District t1D". That the use of said described property shall be subject to all conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Local Business District. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Rezoning of Lot 2, Block 8, Replat of Garden Home Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from District "D" (Local Business District) to District "DD" (Office District). Rezoning of Lot 11, Block 8, Replat of Garden Home Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from District "A" (Second Dwelling House District) to District "DD" (Office District). shall become a part of District "DIP. Office District. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provi for in said Ordinance Number 6613 with reference to the Office District. Section 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
